Q: How can I view the status of my Cat Jewelry order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What if I don't have or want a PayPal account?

A:  You can pay Fazios Cat Jewelry with your credit card without a PayPal account.


Q: What are Fazio's Cat Jewelry shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.  However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the  Invoice you see before confirming your order.  First Class USPS shipping cost is $5 on most items.  International shipping is $30 on most items. There is no charge for additional items in the same order.

Q: How do I know my Cat Jewelry order will arrive safe to me? 

A:  All packages are insured by Fazio' at no extra charge to you.

Q: Will I be charged customs fees as an internatinal buyer?

A:  Some countries randomly charge customs fees. We cannot predict which country will charge these fees. You are responsible for any and all customs fees that are charged. We do not reimburse you for these fees, if you country chooses to charge you.
